Refund policy

If something isn't quite right you can return it for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email hello@aigoo.co.uk for returns authorisation and form. All returns will be refunded by the same method used to pay for the order.

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns of earrings, socks, opened cosmetics for hygiene reasons and sale items.  

The cost of returning the goods to us is your responsibility. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Currently we are unable to offer exchanges online. Please return and place a new order for any exchanges. 

We aim to process all returns as quickly as possible. Once we have received your package, your return should be processed within 14 days. We'll send you an email to let you know once we've processed your return with the details of any refunds.
